A notice of commencement must be recorded and posted on the job site before the first inspection. We at B&E Property Management & Enterprises LLC offer filing the Notice of Commencement as a complimentary addition to our permitting process. We will file this for the customer after contract signing and before any work starts. We also have an in-office notary, if it is not convenient for you to have your signature notarized elsewhere.
